Hello! I’m Jessica, the Client Care & Administrative Coordinator at Inward Healing Therapy.

I have a passion for helping others and creating positive experiences for the people we serve. In my role, I provide administrative and operational support to both our clinical team and our clients. I assist with scheduling, client communications, intake coordination, billing support, referrals, and the day-to-day operations that help our practice run smoothly.

I understand that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and I strive to make the process as welcoming, seamless, and stress-free as possible. My goal is to ensure that every client feels supported from their very first interaction with our practice.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our dog, Riley, baking, and making memories with family and friends.
