Founder & Therapist
My name is Samantha Arreola, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience in diverse therapeutic settings. I am the founder of Inward Healing Therapy, where I support individuals through processing their childhood trauma and breaking free of the burden this has caused in their lives. I am passionate about supporting people in re-establishing their self-worth, unapologetically setting boundaries, and practicing self-love. I offer a straightforward approach: addressing these challenges with empathy and expertise fosters genuine, lasting change. My mission is to make transformative trauma therapy accessible to the San Diego community and throughout California.

My name is Michelle Balisi, and I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to creating a safe, affirming space that honors your unique experiences. Sarayu Srinivasan
Therapist
My name is Sarayu Srinivasan. I’m a South Asian junior therapist based in San Diego, currently pursuing my Master’s in Social Work at Tulane University. I support clients through trauma-informed care, somatic practices, and cognitive behavioral therapy, helping them navigate anxiety, trauma, and identity-related challenges. With experience supporting survivors of domestic violence and individuals in crisis, I bring a culturally competent, empathetic approach to therapy. Outside of my work, I love singing, dancing, and spending time in nature. My goal is to help you feel safe, empowered, and connected to your true self.
